Good evening dear Aristocrat. You have been assigned to the decoding commission "VM1". The task of the commission is to make sense of private documents from a late spy of the Dynasties Security Guild by the name of "Verjy Mote". He died on the 11.2.1.1092YT due to the effects of mind deception rune magic used on him by an unknown hostile agent. Later in the day, the DSG secured a cassette belonging to Mote that include written documents that the enemy agent must have overlooked. As the documents are encoded in a language we can not disclose the code to, you will receive bit-by-bit documents from his collection as they are being decoded. Your goal - together with other members of the commission - is to uncover the reason for the existence of these documents, determine if they hold any valuable information to the security of the Dynasty, the League, its allies, and mankind, and if so to understand the situation perfectly and help devise policy for dealing with it which may be forwarded to the staff of generals, the king and the rest of the securities guild as well as the Dynasties allies.

My dear Aldegund,
I wanted to write this letter once again, to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your presence at the wedding. As you know I have looked forward many cycles to our first meeting and as much as I have appreciated you prior to our first meeting, I must admit that my respect has only grown.
As you know - with all things of import that were discussed - we are of the same opinion. And I am as before committed to all that can be done on my end to bring about the higher good.
But of course, I do not simply want to write you concerning confirmation of what is already known. I wanted to also let you know that such appreciation is shared by the entire family and by some in the Lakeview chamber.
I shall see to further developments. Let me know in which ways you would prefer us to communicate. Aside from birds, I have through some contact access to the dragon bridge but I have reason to believe that they might be less discrete and discretion to me seems appropriate in such matters.
