"The Firelance" is set in Harlon Eru to the time when it still was a province of the Immortal Kingdom. The remnant of the Immortal Kingdom is "The Dukedoms" through which Cassius and Amity journey and it's capital was the Holy City of Agaiatar.
The "Journey to Agaiatar" was teased briefly during the "Origins of Light" Season 1 Reveal Cinematic.
